Anoka County Housing Needs Analysis (2023)

Anoka County contracted with Maxfield Research on a "Comprehensive Housing Needs Analysis for Anoka County," which was released December 1, 2023.  The study projects housing demand for the communities in Anoka County from 2023 to 2040.  The study also provides recommendations on the amount and types of housing that could be built to satisfy demand from current and future residents over the next decade and beyond.
