Consumer Confidence Water Report:

The City of Spring Lake Park is issuing the results of monitoring conducted on its drinking water by the Minnesota Department of Health. The Consumer Confidence Water Report is available below. A paper copy is available upon request.

Fire Hydrant Flushing:

The last two weeks of April, our Public Works team will be conducting routine fire hydrant flushing throughout the City. This important maintenance process helps ensure our water system remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently, while also verifying that hydrants are in proper working condition for emergency use.

Residents may notice temporary discoloration of water and brief reductions in water pressure during flushing. If discoloration occurs, we recommend running  cold  water from a faucet until it clears. We also encourage avoiding laundry during active flushing in your area.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we perform this essential service to maintain the quality and reliability of our water system.

Water Meters:

All City water meters are equipped with a radio receiver so meters can be read electronically to record water use. Water meters read in 1,000 gallons. The City reads only the first four dials on the meter, left to right. The City encourages property owners to monitor their water meter readings regularly.  It is important to locate and learn how to shut off your water in case of an emergency.
