Utility Accounts Include Charges For:

Water and Sewer, Water Service Fee, MN Test Fee,  Storm Water, Recycling, and Street Lights.

 

Utility Billing Schedule:

1st Quarter billed on March 31st               (January, February, March water usage)                 Due April 30th

2nd Quarter billed on June 30th                (April, May, June water usage)                                  Due July 30th

3rd Quarter billed on September 30th       (July, August, September water usage)                  Due October 30th 

4th Quarter billed on December 31st        (October, November, December water usage)        Due January 30th

If payment is not received by the due date, a 10% late penalty will be applied. Late penalties must be applied consistently and are not subject to credit. Delinquent accounts are certified to the County for collection with property taxes on an annual basis.

Postmarks not accepted. Please allow 7-10 business days for mail and processing time.

To avoid delays or interruptions caused by mail delivery, the City encourages residents to enroll in paperless billing for their water utility account. Paperless billing ensures your bill is delivered electronically and on time to your preferred email, providing reliable access to your account information without depending on postal delivery. Enroll today for convenient, secure, and worry-free billing year-round.

Contact the Utility Billing Department to receive your water utility bills via email.

Once you sign up for paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper copy of the water utility bill. Paperless bills will be sent from City of Spring Lake Park – Utility Billing noreply@bsacloud.com If you are signed up for paperless billing, please make sure to check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder in your email.
