Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Department is responsible for the billing of water, sewer, and storm water utilities to residents and businesses in the City of Spring Lake Park.

Utility Billing Schedule:

1st Quarter billed on March 31st               (January, February, March water usage)                 Due April 30th

2nd Quarter billed on June 30th                (April, May, June water usage)                                  Due July 30th

3rd Quarter billed on September 30th       (July, August, September water usage)                  Due October 30th 

4th Quarter billed on December 31st        (October, November, December water usage)        Due January 30th

If payment is not received by the due date, a 10% late penalty will be applied. Late penalties must be applied consistently and are not subject to credit. Delinquent accounts are certified to the County for collection with property taxes on an annual basis.
