Volunteer Coach Refund Eligibility

Volunteer coaches may be eligible to receive a 50% refund of their child’s registration fee.

Criteria

  • - Must complete all required volunteer coaching forms & certifications
  • - Must attend the pre-season coaches meeting (in-person or virtually)
  • - Child must complete the entirety of the softball season (i.e. if you decide to drop out partway through the season, will no longer be eligible)
  • - Must be present for at least 75% of games

Once all criteria have been met, refund will be processed.

A maximum of three coaches per team will receive this refund.
