Project B Questions from Vendors:

  1. When you say “(2) Adaptive Swings”, do you want both of these to be inclusive/ADA swings or would you prefer (1) tot swing and (1) inclusive swing/ADA?
  •  One with molded seat with belt options for 2-12 years old. The other tandem swing with bucket seat.

    2. The pour-in-place pathways — what is the purpose of these? Is it to create a pathway to the transfer station, to be at the base of an event such as a slide also? Could you provide a little more information as to their reasoning/placement requirements?

  • There is an existing structure that will require PIP at the base for the slide. The other placements are for transfers or for slide option on a 2-5 year old structure.

3.For the 2-5 structure’s canopy, is there a material you do or do not want to see for this? i.e. fabric vs plastic vs steel.

  • Preferred plastic and does not need to cover entire structure but enough to provide some shade.

4.  Are we able to submit more than 1 design for the project?

  • Yes
