Adult Boot Hockey

This is a North Metro Sports Association league partnering with Fridley, Mounds View, and New Brighton Parks & Recreation Departments.

Registrations will be taken on a team basis.  

A Team Roster & Waiver Form must be filled out and turned in within 48 hours of registration.

Once this form is filled out, you can either email it to recinfo@slpmn.org or turn it in to the Parks & Recreation Department at 1301 81st Ave NE, Spring Lake Park.

Playoff winners will receive a championship t-shirt.

Fee includes championship awards & sales tax
